To have the full set of diagnostic functionalities, there needs to be a few mandatory
            applications working together with TelAF diagnostic services as follows:

- A diag application depending on TelAF diagnostic services and responsible for
                triggering corresponding diagnostic processes.
- A DEM/DTC application depending on TelAF diagnostic services and responsible for DEM
                and DTC with TelAF diag services.
- A diagnostic tool that is deployed outside of the device and communicates with NAD
                via Ethernet connection.
