This Quick Start Guide is intended for setting up the Qualcomm^®^ RB3 Gen 2
Development Kit to experience end-to-end multimedia and artificial intelligence (AI)
applications in a Linux-based environment. Additionally, this guide provides
instructions for establishing essential communication with hosts running Linux,
Windows^®^, and Mac^®^ operating systems. **This information is also available in [Simplified Chinese](https://docs.qualcomm.com/bundle/publicresource/topics/80-70014-253Y)**.
Note: The Qualcomm^®^ Linux
platform allows you to develop applications for QCS6490 and QCS5430.

The Qualcomm RB3 Gen 2 Development Kit is available in two variants: the Core kit and the
Vision kit.
