Thermal management is a configurable framework that allows you to control the
temperature of the entire platform, ensuring platform's reliability. It aids in maintaining
the junction, and surface temperatures of the platform within specified limits even when
        running high workload applications.

This guide provides information about:
- Thermal software architecture
- Heat dissipation techniques supported on the platform
- Tuning of thermal thresholds for mitigation based on the product's thermal
                    requirements
- Sending notification to the user space
- Features to adjust temperature configurations to achieve the required thermal
                    behavior

Note: The Qualcomm Linux platform allows you to develop applications
            for QCS6490 and QCS5430.
