The transcoding use cases demonstrate converting or transforming the video streams
        from one format to another.

Before you run the use cases, ensure that you complete the preconditions mentioned in
                [Multimedia use cases](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70015-50/topic/multimedia-use-cases.html).

- **[1080p to 1080p – rotate (90/180/270)](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70015-50/topic/1080p-to-1080p-rotate-90-180-270.html)**

The pipeline shows the rotation of scenes from a camera by 180 degrees. The rotated image is displayed on a local display device.
- **[Offline 1080p stream to 1080p – rotate (90/180/270)](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70015-50/topic/offline-1080p-stream-to-1080p-rotate-90-180-270.html)**

The pipeline shows the rotation of scenes from a file source by 180 degrees. The rotated scene is displayed on a local display device.
- **[4K to 1080p – rotate (90/180/270) and downscale at same time](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70015-50/topic/4k-to-1080p-rotate-90-180-270-and-downscale-at-same-time.html)**

The pipeline shows the video stream of 4k resolution from a camera being downscaled to 1080p and rotated by 180 degrees. The video is then displayed on a local display device.
- **[Offline 4K to 1080p – rotate (90/180/270) and downscale at same time](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70015-50/topic/offline-4k-to-1080p-rotate-90-180-270-and-downscale-at-same-time.html)**

The pipeline shows a video stream of 4k resolution from a file source being downscaled to 1080p and rotated by 180 degrees. The video is then displayed on a local display device.
- **[1080p to 1080p – flip horizontal/vertical flip](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70015-50/topic/1080p-to-1080p-flip-horizontal-vertical-flip.html)**

The pipeline shows how to flip the scenes horizontally.
- **[Offline 1080p to 1080p – flip horizontal/vertical flip](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70015-50/topic/offline-1080p-to-1080p-flip-horizontal-vertical-flip.html)**

The pipeline shows how to flip scenes horizontally.
- **[4K to 1080p – flip horizontal/vertical flip and downscale at same time](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70015-50/topic/4k-to-1080p-flip-horizontal-vertical-flip-and-downscale-at-same-time.html)**

The pipeline shows how to downscale a 4k resolution video stream to 1080p and flip the scenes horizontally.
- **[4K – downscale to 1080p—encode to AVC MP4](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70015-50/topic/4k-downscale-to-1080p-encode-to-avc-mp4-mux.html)**

The pipeline captures a 4k resolution video stream, sends a copy of it to the encoder and the MP4 multiplexer. The pipeline sends a second copy to qtivtransform, which downscales the stream to a 1080p resolution. The stream is then encoded and multiplexed to an MP4 file on the device.
