# 소프트웨어 업데이트

이 섹션에서는 Ubuntu, Windows 또는 mac 운영 체제를 실행하는 다양한 호스트 컴퓨터에서 Qualcomm^®^ RB3 Gen 2 기기에 사전 구축된 이미지를 다운로드하고 플래시하는 방법을 설명합니다.

조심

사전 구축된 이미지로 소프트웨어를 업데이트하면 기기의 모든 데이터가 지워지고 새로운 이미지가 설치됩니다. 시작하기 전에 중요한 데이터를 백업해야 합니다.

## 전제 조건 구성

기기가 긴급 다운로드(EDL) 모드인지 확인한 다음 `udev` 규칙 업데이트를 진행하세요.

### EDL 모드로 전환

기기는 다음 두 조건을 만족하면 긴급 다운로드(EDL) 모드로 전환됩니다.

- 초기 전원 켜기에서 기기에 설치된 소프트웨어가 없는 경우
- 현재 설치된 소프트웨어가 제대로 작동하지 않는 경우

소프트웨어 플래시를 구현할 수 있으려면 다음 방법 중 하나를 사용하여 기기를 EDL 모드로 강제로 전환해야 합니다.

**ADB 셸 사용**

기기를 EDL 모드로 강제로 전환하려면 다음 명령어를 실행하세요.

adb shell reboot edl

## 전제 조건 구성

### EDL 모드로 전환

기기는 다음 두 조건을 만족하면 긴급 다운로드(EDL) 모드로 전환됩니다.

Ubuntu VM에서 Qualcomm 제조 공급업체 ID **05c6** 에 대해 `udev` USB 규칙을 구성해야 합니다. Ubuntu VM에서 다음 명령어를 실행합니다.

## QDL 도구를 사용하여 플래시
