    - ## 高效节能以太网 (Energy Efficient Ethernet)

EEE 是一种可选的工作模式，在收发数据时有助于降低功耗。当没有数据要发送或接收时，此功能允许 MAC 子层和一系列物理层 (PHY) 在低功耗空闲 (LPI) 模式下运行。

在链路协商过程中，链路伙伴会了解远程实体支持的功能和特性，例如 EEE。根据支持的功能、特性和数据传输状态，MAC 确定系统应进入还是退出 LPI 模式并将此信息传达给 PHY。

EEE 功能规定了链路伙伴可以使用的功能和协商方法：

- 判断是否支持 EEE。
- 选择两个设备通用的参数集。

Note

仅 QEP8121 PHY 支持 EEE 功能。
