bootup.

If the storage is empty or corrupted, the device switches to the
EDL mode upon power-on.
- [Detection of RAM dump](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70030-4/topic/ram-dump-detection.html)
If a crash occurs, PCAT gathers the RAM dump and shows the logs for
debugging.
