# Migration from DEMO to PROD

Source: [https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70215-1/topic/migration-from-demo-to-prod.html](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-70215-1/topic/migration-from-demo-to-prod.html)

This section will help users migrate the Aware API integrated application(s) from the
            DEMO to PROD environment.

Users will be provided with a new tenant assigned with new devices in the PROD
environment. For the Aware API Integrations, users must raise a new request for
*Client ID* and *Client Secret* by following the same process as
            earlier.

<u class="ph u"><strong class="ph b">Note:</strong></u>
1. Customer’s account, devices, and data are separate and unique between the two
environments. Integrations and access for each system is independent and
separate of the other, that is, devices and data in one environment can't be
                    accessed from the other.
2. The same user account logins can be used to access portals for each
                    environment.
3. APIs and features may evolve separately between the DEMO and PROD environments
as newer features and updates are provided in the future.

The following table contains the change in URLs with respect to both environments.

If the *Webhook integration* was used, visit the Service portal →
                Menu → Manage →
Notifications to configure the webhook and select the
notification preferences to receive the data accordingly. Users can also leverage the
Aware Webhook APIs to create and choose the notification preferences.

For assistance during the migration, create a support request in the [Aware
                support](https://mysupport.qualcomm.com/aware/s/) forum.
