# PROD Environment Overview

This document provides essential release information for users accessing the Aware Cloud
            Platform in the PROD environment. The following table lists the necessary URLs to access
            the Aware Platform and details on recent updates.

## Aware API Integration

You can continue using the same **Client ID** and **Client Secret** across
                updates in the PROD environment. There's no need to generate new credentials with
                each update. If you need to obtain your Client ID and Secret information, create a
                support request in the [Aware support](https://mysupport.qualcomm.com/aware/s/) forum.

## Webhook Management

To create a webhook, go to the Aware service portal and select Menu<abbr title="and then"> &gt; </abbr>Manage<abbr title="and then"> &gt; </abbr>Notifications. If you have already set up a webhook, the Aware platform will
                automatically maintain it across the upgrades to the PROD environment.

## API Changelog

This section presents the API changelog information across the different releases in
                the PROD environment.

**GA 2.10.0-GA 2.9.0**

There were no breaking changes to the Aware APIs in the GA 2.10.0 release.

GA 2.10.0 introduces FOTA (Firmware Over‑The‑Air) as a Service for QCX217 (217 Aware
                module)–based devices, extending the platform capabilities beyond those available in
                GA 2.9.0. This enhancement enables cloud‑managed firmware lifecycle operations,
                including centralized orchestration and scalable rollout of firmware updates across
                device fleets. The release improves reliability and operational efficiency by
                reducing the need for manual firmware deployment processes, while enabling customers
                to manage device updates more effectively through the Aware platform.  More
