The system software consists of software executables that are listed in the following table. Each of the software executables listed in the table is generated by executing a corresponding software build command within the software build environment.

Table : List of software images

| Software image | Description |
| :---: | :---: |
| ADSP.HT | Software for the application digital signal processor (ADSP) inside the low-power<br> AI (LPAI) subsystem. Used for audio and voice, sensors, power management integrated<br> circuit (PMIC) (that is, battery charger), always-on (AON) camera, and AI<br> processor. |
| AOP.HO | Software for the always on processor (AOP), a hardware-based resource, and power<br> management (RPMh) subsystem with hardware accelerators for voltage control and<br> regulation, clock management, and resource communication. |
| BOOT.XF | Software for system boot from power-up to high-level operating system (HLOS)<br> handoff. This package includes source code as well as unified extensible firmware<br> interface (UEFI) and extensible boot loader (XBL) binaries. |
| BTFM.HST | Bluetooth® firmware for QCA6391/QCN9074. The Bluetooth firmware runs on its own core inside QCA6391/QCN9074. Supports advanced 2 x 2 connectivity chipset supporting Wi-Fi 6E and Bluetooth 5.3 features for mobile, computing, and augmented reality (AR)/virtual reality (VR) devices. |
| CDSP.HT | Software for the compute DSP (cDSP) subsystem. This subsystem is dedicated for compute applications and ensures improved image processing, FastCV, camera streaming, and machine learning. |
| CVP.VPU | Firmware for engine for video analytics (EVA) hardware accelerator. This subsystem is dedicated for enabling computer vision use cases on SoC. |
| LU.UM | A Linux Ubuntu (LU) execution environment based on Yocto that runs as a trusted virtual machine (VM) within the Hypervisor. |
| LE.UM | A Linux Embedded (LE) execution environment follows the Yocto build system<br> structure and is used in embedded applications. |
| NPU.FW | Software for the neuro processing unit (NPU) subsystem. This subsystem performs processing for machine learning applications. |
| SLPI.HY | Software for the sensor low power island (SLPI) subsystem. This subsystem performs acquisition and processing of external sensor data. |
| SPSS.A1 | Software for the secure processing unit subsystem, an independent processor subsystem and boot chain for hardened security applications. |
| TZ.APPS | Software for TrustZone-trusted apps. Provides security services, such as image loading, authentication, cache management, crypto, logging, and Qualcomm fuse-programmable read-only memory (QFPROM) to TrustZone secure applications. Also provides a set of GlobalPlatform-compliant APIs. |
| TZ.XF | Software for the TrustZone board support package (BSP) with the following features:<br> <ul class="ul" id="concept.dita_a0375da2-b768-47f6-adfe-e0828ba90d2a__ul_1"><br> <li class="li">Provides software support for chipset security</li><br><br> <li class="li">Exposes hardware abstraction layer (HAL) APIs for chipset security functions, such as crypto, fuse block, and pseudo-random number generator (PRNG)</li><br><br> <li class="li">Initializes system security environment for software and hardware during bootup and wake-up from power collapse</li><br><br> <li class="li">Provides memory, and other subsystem protection and services during runtime</li><br><br> </ul> |
| VIDEO.VPU | Firmware for VPU hardware accelerator to enable video use cases for the<br> SoC. |
| WIGIG.TLN | 802.11ad firmware software to support 60 GHz Wi-Fi Products. This<br> package includes 11ad firmware binary (wil6210.fw) as well source code brd files (RF<br> calibration parameters), XML files that list supported commands and address<br> space. |
| WLAN.IOE | Software stack that supports standard Wi-Fi connectivity and long range Wi-Fi features. |
