# Double data rate subsystem and voltage supply

There are two supported voltage levels (SVS/Turbo) for the voltage supply (VDDA)
    compatibility with the LPDDR5 I/O performance.

Support is provided for either LPDDR4 or LPDDR5 with the MC4 and MC5 controllers.

Based on the configurational fuse to indicate whether LPDDR4 or LPDDR5 is used, 
the unused MC4 or MC5 is power collapsed.

The DDR PHY Gen4 supports the combination of LPDDR4 and LPDDR5.
