# External memory

The following table lists the QRB5165 supported external memory configurations and devices.

Table :  1. QRB5165 supported external memory configurations

| I/O port | Memory description |
| --- | --- |
| EBI | 4 × 16 PoP LPDDR5 SDRAM with optional low power features up to 16 GB (see note) |
| UFS 3.1 | Gear 4 two-lane |

Following are few memories used on QTI QRB5165 + 4G/5G platforms:
- K3LK2K20BM-BGCN (6 GB LPDDR5)
- THGJFCT0T44BAIL (128 GB UFS3.0)
- KLUDG4UHDB-B2D1 (128 GB UFS3.0)

Note: Maximum DRAM density of 16 GB is only from hardware capability and depends on memory supply/validation.

Note: All validated DDR part numbers will be listed on Qualcomm website after the official
      announcement of the chipset passing CS (to view these, click the Hardware Components tab and
      select Memory).
