# Set up Eclipse IDE

1. Download the [Eclipse IDE for Embedded C/C++ Developers](https://www.eclipse.org/downloads/packages/release/kepler/sr2/eclipse-ide-cc-developers).
2. Unzip the downloaded package and double-click the installer to launch it.
3. Install the **Eclipse IDE for Embedded C/C++ Developers** in your preferred location.
4. Launch the **Eclipse IDE for Embedded C/C++ Developers** application.
5. When prompted, select a workspace directory
