The application implements a broad set of Matter clusters including On/Off, level control, and color control, and can be commissioned by any Matter-compliant controller such as chip-tool. This chapter describes how to build the application, commission the device onto an IP network, and send control commands. Note: This feature is available starting with the QCC730.ZE.1.0 Post-CS 1 release. - **[Prerequisites](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-Y8730-5/topic/prerequisites.html)** - **[Build the Matter all-clusters application](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-Y8730-5/topic/build_the_matter_all_clusters_application.html)** - **[Flash the application](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-Y8730-5/topic/flash_the_application.html)** - **[Connect QCC730 to a Wi-Fi AP](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-Y8730-5/topic/connect_qcc730_to_a_wi_fi_ap.html)** - **[Commission the device using chip-tool](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-Y8730-5/topic/commission_the_device_using_chip_tool.html)** Last Published: Jul 30, 2026 [Previous Topic Samples](https://docs.qualcomm.com/bundle/publicresource/80-Y8730-5/topics/samples.md) [Next Topic Prerequisites](https://docs.qualcomm.com/bundle/publicresource/80-Y8730-5/topics/prerequisites.md)
