This document provides a description of the Qualcomm^®^ Robotics RB5 Development Kit
      hardware elements, instructions for setting up the platform and updating the system software,
      and guidance for getting started with software application development in a Linux
      environment. This document is intended for software developers who are interested in
      application software development and system software customization for products based on the
        Qualcomm^®^ Robotics RB5 Platform.

The Robotics RB5 Platform supports both Linux Ubuntu and Linux Embedded operating systems. In
      this document, information that is unique to an operating system is presented using separate
      heads.
