Include the traditional header **`<iomanip.h>`**
to effectively include the standard header
[`<iomanip>`](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-N3040-23/topic/cpp_iomanip.html) and hoist its
names outside the
[`std`](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-N3040-23/topic/cpp_lib_cpp.html#std%20namespace) namespace.

In this
[implementation](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-N3040-23/topic/cpp_index.html#implementation), *all*
names are hoisted, to provide a more traditional library environment.
