# Tools components

The tools are available in two versions, based on either the LLVM or GNU toolchain. Both versions include additional Qualcomm-developed tools for tasks such as simulation and profiling.

The tools include the following components:

- C and C++ compilers
- Assembler
- Linker
- Debugger
- Profilers
- Lauterbach debugger support
- Instruction set simulator
- Miscellaneous utilities
- Dinkumware C and C++ libraries
- Math and intrinsics libraries
- Standalone runtime environment
