Used when setting the reporting criteria.

Specifies the link direction.
- **[confidenceLevel](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-PK177-134/topic/lce_enum_confidence_level.html)**  

Level of accuracy (confidence) at which the throughput information is generated by modem on a scale of 0 through 7. A value of 0 indicates the least confidence and 7 the most confidence.
- **[reportingAction](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-PK177-134/topic/lce_enum_reporting_action.html)**  

Action to perform based on the set criteria.
