Status codes for estimation reports

| Enum values | Description |
| --- | --- |
| SUCCESS | Report query was successful and top-level data fields are<br>                                valid. |
| ERROR\_INTERNAL | Unexpected error; do not use rest of the report data. |
| ERROR\_NO\_MEMORY | Out of memory error; do not use rest of the report data. |
| INFO\_NOT\_AVAILABLE | Requested report was not available; do not use rest of the report<br>                                data. |
