# requestNetworkLocationUpdates

Starts a network positioning session.

## Parameters

| minIntervalMillis | Java | long | Minimum required time interval between position reports received from the location engine.<br><br> <br>                                        <br>Specified in milliseconds. |
| minIntervalMillis | Native | uint32\_t | Minimum required time interval between position reports received from the location engine.<br><br> <br>                                        <br>Specified in milliseconds. |
| locationReportCb | Java | ILocationReportCallback | This registered callback will report the location<br>                                data ([ILocationReportCallback](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-PK177-134/topic/wwan_standard_location_report_callback.html)). |
| locationReportCb | Native | wwan\_standard\_LocationReportCallback | This registered callback will report the location<br>                                data ([ILocationReportCallback](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-PK177-134/topic/wwan_standard_location_report_callback.html)). |
