# USB 2.0 Source: [https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-WL740-3/topic/usb.html](https://docs.qualcomm.com/doc/80-WL740-3/topic/usb.html) For USB 2.0 interface routing, the following guidelines are recommended: - USB\_DM and USB\_DP signal lines should be handled as differential pairs and length-matched to avoid timing skew and common-mode interference. - Minimize vias on the USB signal lines as they introduce parasitic inductance and can cause impedance discontinuity. - It's recommended to place more pairs of ground vias around the USB signal traces. - Differential impedance should be controlled around 90Ω ± 15%. - Ensure that there is a complete reference ground plane for the USB signal traces.
