The QCC748 includes two subsystems: - The wireless subsystem has 2.4 GHz radio, Wi-Fi 802.11b/g/n/ax, BLE v5.4, and 802.15.4 baseband/MAC designs. - The microcontroller subsystem has a low-power 32‑bit RISC-V CPU with floating point unit, DSP unit, high-speed cache, and memories. The embedded Power Management Unit (PMU) controls the low-power modes. The microcontroller also supports various security features. The QCC748 supports SDU, SD/MMC (SDH), SPI, UART, I^2^C, I^2^S, PWM, GPDAC, GPADC, ACOMP, and GPIO interfaces. QCC748 supports extra interfaces for camera, display, MJPEG, audio codec, and Ethernet. - The QCC748 supports 35 GPIOs.
